A lot of festivals

Hi!

A lot has happened, and even much more is coming up. So I thought I'd give you an update!
First of all, I'm happy to announce my new personal webpage: Escapism!

I can say this will be a very busy weekend, because there are 3 festivals coming up! (Probably already past us if you read this) We start with the 'kerstfair' in Lisse. Then there is games in concert. And on Sunday we finish the weekend with the midwinterfair If you met us during one of the festivals, and if you like to keep in touch, feel free to leave a message on the website, or to send an email Also, if you took a picture of one of us, we're always very happy to receive it! You can send us the files or links to the same mail address.

Then there is the sad news that Lindy will leave us...for Japan! She decided to start a new study abroad. I hope she will give you more details about this soon. I wish her all the best, and a bright future in a new country.
What will this mean for BindiAhmen? Well, nothing to say for sure about this yet...

Then there was F.A.C.T.S.

Time passes way too fast! I can't believe that the F.A.C.T.S. convention is over again. Going to Gent, visiting F.A.C.T.S. is almost like a tradition now. I go there with my parents on saturday. After F.A.C.T.S. we have dinner in the centre of Gent. And on sunday we buy GREAT Belgium chocolates and drink a beer before we go back to Holland. I hope we'll keep to this tradition for many, many years <3>

I had a lot of fun this year too, and it was great to meet my friends again, and get to know a lot of new people! It was really too bad that Lindy couldn't be there though, once again, she had rehearsals during the weekend.

I was so happy to have won the costume competition! But I'm even happier that everyone really liked my performance. Deep, deep inside, it's still a bit scary to be on stage ^^\ It's was great to promote chevalier d'eon a bit. Lot's of people asked what series I was cosplaying. A lot of people asked if I bought the costume, but it's all made by hand. (But I'm always helped out by my mom, she's great!!)

Abunai Aftermath

Sooo... Abunai has already passed by!

It really was a weekend to die for, considering Lindy and me had rehearsals

for a school project...that very same weekend... in Amsterdam. So if you happen

to miss one of us, that's the reason!

On Abunai we where happy to open our 'BindiShop' with help of Openminded!

This time, we reserved a part of their stand to display various items.

If you bought one of them, we like to thank you a lot <3!>

We've just changed our website for this blog. Which is because a new website is in the making! New design, new pictures, more info! We're doing our best to have the new design up and ready as soon as we can. Next to that, each of us is working on our individual website, which will appear soon too!

In the meantime... a little update on what we're working on right now~

There are lot's of events coming up in september-oktober... That means, we will create a LOT of costumes! We look forward to it! Now the OV (free travelling for students by public transport) is almost valid again, it's time to SHOP for fabrics and SEW like HELL O_O!

Hi!

Lindy and me, we really wanted to create a website where we could show what we're up to,

show lot's of pictures, and tell anyone about our new projects.

We found out that websites are much harder to update for obliviant girls like us then we thought.

So... eventually we decided to create a blog, next to our website. Now we can update more often,

write (ir)relevant news, post pictures and keep you up to date.
